America's Cup A-Z and Dear Future Me

 We have been learning about the America's Cup Yacht Race. WALT set goals for our future self.

Peter Burling was the youngest helmsman NZ has ever had. He set a goal when he was 11 to race in the America's Cup when he grew up. I am setting myself a goal for 'My Future Self'.

 I have one dog, his name is Boy Dog. Here are some fun facts about Boy Dog. He is 2 years old. He’s about to turn about 3 years old. He loves to eat his bacon dog ties. He loves to chew. I love him so much and he loves me as much as l love him.

The Great Reading Adventure

 We are learning to write a moment in time about our class assembly, 'The Great Reading Adventure'.

It was the day I had been waiting for, the Great Reading Adventure. I had butterflies in my tummy when I heard Elena say 'Duffy, Duffy, Duffy'. After Elena said her part I heard the music and we all walked in. I saw my mum, I was so scared that I would forget a word but Whaea Deb was behind the pigs house so if we did get a word wrong, she would tell us it.
